GROUPE BOUAJILA
The Bouajila Group started with the Ali Bouajila Company of Civil Works in 1986. In 2005, the company changed its legal form in order to evolve in the field of licenses and widen the field of projects in which it can participate.
In 2012, the Bouajila Group began to diversify its business sphere by creating a company for the cultivation, packaging and export of dates, SOBOPA, and by creating as well a transport company, SOBATRAS.
Today, the Bouajila Group has 9 companies operating in different sectors: Buildings and Civil Works, Agribusiness, Services, Entertainment and Leisure, Manufacturing Industry.
The Group is interested in other sectors as well such as Real estate, Tourism, Renewable energies and mining.Energies renouvelable et l’exploitations minière.
SOCIETE BOUAJILA DE PRODUCTION AGRICOLE (SOBOPA)
Société Bouajila de Production Agricole (SOBOPA) is a producing, collecting, sorting, packaging and exporting dates Company. Created in 2012 with a capital of 500,000 TND and a total investment of 6.6 Million Dinars, SOBOPA has 150 employees of which 20 are permanent and 130 are seasonal. The palm groves have 45,000 palm trees spread over 12 parcels covering 335 hectares with an annual production of 1000 tons.
SOCIETE BOUAJILA DE TRANSPORT SAHARIEN (SOBATRAS)
Société Bouajila de Transport Saharien (SOBATRAS) is a land transport Company. Created in 2012 with a capital of 200,000 TND and a total investment of 6.2 Million Dinars, SOBATRAS has 55 employees and 43 means of transport in total, split into dump trucks, flatbed trucks, tank trucks and tank carriers.
SOCIETE DE SERVICES ET DE PRODUCTION DE PRODUITS DE CARRIERE (SSPPC)
The Company of Services and Production of Quarry Products (SSPPC) is a company for the exploitation of quarries and the sale of the various quarry products, it was created in 2013 with a capital of 600,000 TND and a total investment of 8.9 Million Dinars , it has 19 employees and a land reserve of 12 hectares in Tejra, Medenine. The production capacity of the quarry is 400 m3 / h.
SOCIETE BOUAJILA FRERES DE TRAVAUX PUBLICS (SBF)
Société Bouajila Frères de Travaux Publics (SBF) is a Building and Civil Works Company that works mainly in Earthworks and Road Projects. Created in 2017 with a capital of 300,000 TND and a total investment of 2.8 Million Dinars, SBF has 10 employees and 15 machines.
SOCIETE AFRICA BITUME S.A.
Société Africa Bitume SA is an import, transformation and commercialization Company of bituminous products. Created in 2017 with a capital of 1,040,000 TND and a total investment of 8.6 Million Dinars, Africa Bitume has 15 employees and a factory in port of Gabes built on a plot of 7300 m2 with a storage capacity of 7500 tons.
SOCIETE BOUAJILA D’EXPLOITATION DES STATIONS DE SERVICES (SOBESS)
Société Bouajila d’Exploitation des Stations de Services (SOBESS) is a Company operating in Service Stations (sale of fuel, lubricant, washing, draining). Created in 2018 with a capital of 300,000 TND and a total investment of 2,4 Million Dinar, SOBESS has 18 employees and a service station in Kébili’s downtown with an area of 38 a, 03 ca.
SOCIETE BOUAJILA D’ANIMATION (SOBA)
Société Bouajila d’Animation (SOBA) is a Company operating in an animation, leisure and sports center for young people. Created in 2019 with a capital of 1,350,000 TND and a total investment of 4.5 Million Dinars, SOBA has 48 employees and a Centre that includes a multipurpose room, a games room, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, an amphitheater, a playground, a fitness trail, a coffee shop and a snack bar. The Center is spread over a total area of 21,000 m2.
SOCIETE BOUAJILA BETON (SBB)
Société Bouajila Béton (SBB) is an Industrial Company manufacturing and commercializing prefabricated concrete products and ready-to-use concrete. Created in 2019 with a capital of 2.4 Million Dinars and a total investment of 8 Million Dinars, SBB has 24 employees, a manufacturing unit for concrete products and the necessary equipment for the delivery and pumping of concrete.
